We are calling a special monthly meeting to update members on the statewide campaign to win eviction record sealing through H.4270. This campaign is gaining momentum and we need every member of Tri-County Tenant Union to find a role! Together we can win H.4270 and give South Carolina families the second chance they deserve.

Tri-County Tenants is a union created and led by everyday tenants living in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties to collectively address issues tenants in our area are facing. Through community organizing, education, and advocacy, Tri-County Tenants builds tenant power to assert our rights, demand accountability from landlords and policymakers, and improve our material conditions as tenants.

Bites and beverages will be provided for in-person attendees. Childcare and gas gift cards are available upon request when RSVPing.
